I talk about the following things that I can't (or don't want) to do by myself. There are: Translators are always welcome! The one of most important things is the TEA manual. Without it TEA is very unusable. So if you want translate it to your native language, or if you want write a completely new manual - you're welcome. TEA interface uses the standart gettext method (po-files and all that stuff) for the localization. The TEA main Manual is written on English using the Docbook format.
